May. 31 2007--Miguel has announced that he is leaving the band.
We have not decided IF he will be replaced at this time.
We are completely bummed about his departure, especially during
this recording session. But alas, we move continue on with
optimism for the future.

OCT. 21 2006--The schedule has been made!!! In November we enter
the studio to begin work on our upcoming album!!!

Sept. 21 2006--We are currently scheduling a session at
LOG CABIN STUDIOS here in Tallahassee -- our goal is to have
our first full-length album done by early to mid 2007--cover art and
album title are still undecided, any suggestions of artists and/or
duplication companies-email us altarofflesh@hotmail.com

Sept. 19 2006--The moment of truth!!! We are in this weeks
CORE WARS match-up...vote at www.heavycore.org

July 25 2006-- We'd like to announce the addition of our newest
member-- Stephen Friday will be resuming bass duties

June 6 2006-- so... 6-6-6, or just another Tuesday, I'm sure theres
a few cults celebrating with mass suicide or homicide, but
otherwise it's just Tuesday!!
However, a spot of news!!--We are currently working on mixing a
little E.P. entitled RAW MEAT. Hopefully ready by 6-12, I may have
a few on hand at the VADER/DESTRUCTION show at the Beta Bar
